Jesus is worthy to take the scroll and open its seals and bring this world to an end for the glory of His name and the good of His ransomed people. We were made to be in awe of His Great excellence—we were made to worship Jesus Christ the Son of God—Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, King of kings, and Lord of lords. “Worthy is the lamb who was killed to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and praise!”
