She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.

Proverbs 31:25

The Women of Vail aim to seek Jesus together and grow as we live out the many roles we’ve been entrusted with.
Women of Vail desire deep, Christ-centered relationships with each other through women's Bible study, seasonal gatherings, and projects that serve our church body and local community.

The life Jesus invites us into when we follow him is one of sacrifice. But does sacrificial living mean the Christian life should be riddled with sorrow? Paul answers that question in his letter to the Philippians with a resounding no. Paul, and the Philippians with him, lived joyfully amid persecution, prison, and poverty.

In this eight-session series, Jo Saxton takes us through Philippians to encourage us to follow Jesus no matter what life throws at us. Through Paul's words and example, learn how joy and sacrifice can go hand-in-hand.

Following God isn't about striving; it's about trusting God more. Trust is at the heart of every healthy relationship, especially your relationship with God. It's one thing to say you rest in God, but does your stress level, worry, or general lack of peace give evidence that you rely on Him? In this 7-session study, Melissa Spoelstra encourages you to let go of striving and learn to trust in God's character, His comfort, and even His correction.

As you study the book of Isaiah - from the prophet's challenges to the nation of Israel to prophecies of the Messiah- you'll see that you can trust God more than your own human effort or the counterfeits the world suggests.

When you need to know how to do something, a manual is the best place to start. 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus might be called "the Teacher's Manual," because so much of what they contain is about the kind of teaching that Christian leaders should - and shouldn't- be giving. Just as Timothy and Titus needed help to lead their young churches well in the midst of powerful cultural forces, we need guidance for correct leading and living in our own context. These studies on Paul's letters point us in the right direction.
