Signing my name below demonstrates that I understand that I am signing up to volunteer at Kids Night Out. In doing so I will be helping the leaders in my group to serve the children attending the event.  If at any time I loose my focus on serving and my behavior resembles one of the children, my parent will be called to pick me up and I will not be invited to help with any children's events for six months.
